My colleague Brian Leonard presented about OpenSolaris and VirtualBox at Community One East. The OpenSolaris session is called "Moving to OpenSolaris" and explains some of the basics of using OpenSolaris for people who are new to OpenSolaris. The VirtualBox session is about testing your application on many OSes with VirtualBox. The videos have been recorded and posted by Deirdre' Straughan (this is her blog).
