Great news! Will this be put into the package repo soon?

I assume so, although we can't put it into the main repository because it's not an open source package, so it will appear in one of the extra repositories from Sun.

Great, wonderful, WTG Adobe, etc.....
Flash is nice, but when will they finally make Adobe Reader available for Solaris x86 users, including OpenSolaris users? Or should we all give up on the idea, and resign ourselves to using Evince?

They plan to release the x86 version of Adobe Reader during this year, as far as I know.

Flash 10 was for some time in extra repository which is accesible after free registration.

However, Adobe plans to drop SPARC support for Acrobat Reader after they release the x86 version. The Lord giveth, and the Lord taketh away.
