Yesterday, dozens of students from around the Bay Area visited Sun's Menlo Park campus for a day of learning, discovery and connection with eachother and some of the company's brightest minds.


 

The launch of a project developed by employees at Sun Brazil, Project Open Doors will be rolled out to all of the major U.S. campuses soon.  Its goal is to eliminate the digital divide by connecting Sun employees and resources with the communities in which they work.  Participants in CORO's summer program, the students had the opportunity to learn about advertising, career paths and opportunities, technology and how they can help end the digital divide in their schools and neighborhoods.
