We are bringing together over 400 researchers,
ministries of education, thought leaders, professors, technology innovators and
students from over thirty countries to discuss the future of education in San Francisco next week. Under the overarching
theme, “The Power of Communities,” attendees will look at how open communities
can foster collaboration and learning, improve access to education, and
encourage innovation around eco-responsibility.
This is truly a Web 2.0 conference where attendees are already posting photos and meeting other attendees in the virtual world before the face-to-face meetings next week.
