I can't seem to figure out how i delete a language dictionary from Open Office. Would anyone be able to help me with that?

To delete a library, you can uncheck the entry - see the first command listed in this blog topic.
If you really need the disk space, after uncheking delete the file(s) with the language code in their names. They should either be in your home directory or in the OOo install directory, depends on the way you installed the software and the version of the software and your operating system. Pls contact users@openoffice.org mail list for support.
