The Web Stack build tools, wstools, have been updated to version 1.5. If you are building your own stack from the Web Stack source, it is recommended to upgrade. This release updates autoconf and m4 and also provides a symlink to gnu make on Solaris.
Currently, you will need to build them from source.
$ hg clone ssh://anon@hg.opensolaris.org/hg/webstack/wstools
$ cd wstools; make # note this will place the tools in /export/wstools
