Foiled bread or a breadmaking tip
I got a great tip from my wife's sister when we stayed with them over New Year. She has a breadmaker like ours and she covers the bread with foil after it comes out of the machine. This has the effect of stopping the bread drying out as it is cooling and since using this idea our bread is even better. The good news is if you are careful you can reuse the foil many times. In fact I store ours in the mixing bucket inside the machine out of sight. After the bread has cooled it goes into a sealable plastic bag again to keep the bread moist.
