A product fault with the Golf !

While driving the Golf the other day I noticed a knocking sound. Is something going to fall off ? I did a SGR session and soon realised it was happening on bumpy roads. Also when my wife was in the car it did not occur. The culprit is the passenger seat belt buckle. On a bumpy road it knocks against the inside of the body of the car. So the question is how do I log an request for enhancement (RFE) on this ?

This reminds me of a Golf advert when the driver is going along and he hears a squeaking noise. He pulls into a garage. After much investigation the garage owner returns with an oil can and oils the driver's girlfriends earring. All is now well. One of VW's better adverts.

One final point if you put anything on the passenger seat like a bag of shopping the seat belt alarm goes off. VW clearly think shopping needs to belt up like the rest of us. Clunk click every trip I say.
