Solaris support for IS-IS

James Carlson has posted support for Solaris in isisd to the Quagga-dev list, implementing the DLPI interface isisd needed to send/receive ISO packets on Solaris. Part of the beginnings of the OpenSolaris RBridges project.

Very neat!
