Knowledge Management meets Web 2.0
I attended the German Knowledge Management Conference KnowTech.
It was a content rich conference and the topics covered traditional KM approaches but also
very interesting new Web 2.0 Social Network aspects
My favorite Web 2.0 presentation was SkillMap "Wissensmanagement
mit intelligenter Sozialer Software" presented by Berthold Meyer. This
is a research project from the Humboldt Universitaet Berlin. The team
is visualizing social networks to find out similar skills, social
relationships etc.
Dr.-Ing.Manfred Langen, Karsten Ehms, Siemens AG,München talked about their internal blogging experience I specially liked that fact that the presenters used Jonathan
Schwarz's Participation Age definition as the best way to explain Web
2.0.
Also I had a great discussion with Andreas Blumauer , Managing Director Semanic Web School.
Semantic Web School provide training/consulting on how to build a Semantic Web for your organization.
Hansjoerg Klimetzki, Knowledge Manager Sun Germany presented:
"Einfahren der Innovations-Ernte Aus dem Projektgeschaeft zu Innovations-Ansaetzen"
and I presented Suin's global approach on how to measure Knowledge Management
Presentations (only available in German language)
- Messbares Knowledge Management als Geschaeftsvorteil: Peter H. Reiser
- Einfahren der Innovations-Ernte Aus dem Projektgeschaeft zu Innovations-Ansaetzen from Hansjoerg Klimetzki
