SOX (Socks) compliance!
At a recent GSE mangement meeting in Rome I discovered that our senior management is
definitely SOCKS compliant
Well done Dan ... 
BTW, these were kind of emergency socks after a long walk trough the nice old center of Rome during a heavy hailstorm. no excuse but a good justification........
