Tracking Social Capital Patent published
The Patent METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR TRACKING SOCIAL CAPITAL (pdf version) has been published by United States Patent & Trademark office.
This patent was filled in Feburary 2008 as part of the Community Equity project.

Does the patent cover the same technology as is used in the open source project, or something different? If it is the same, then does that mean that someone using the community-equity project code is infringing Sun's patent?
