That video is so spot on! That's probably why Amazon is struggling to survive and has hardly managed to sell any CDs ;-)
But I guess the video does a good job in explaining why online music recommendation works so much better than physical retail stores. It's easy to throw 20 albums at my screen. But it would take me a lot of practice to catch as many physical albums as the guy in the video... and it would probably take for ever to sample a bit from each.
