Portal Server 7.2 Windows build environment

Windows build environment

Setting up an Portal Server 7.2 build environment is very simple and straight forward on Solaris and Linux. But on Windows its tricky but not very difficult to setup if you know what tools to install and how to configure them. 

These Portal Server 7.2 windows build instructions are needed only first time after that you should be ready to build Portal Server on the fly.

Can we **please** get a build of the stack which will run on OSX? While I don't know of any compelling need for it to run on Xservs in a production eviornment, Many of us use a Mac as our primary development machine... it would be super nice not to have to run the whole stack inside a VM on the mac.

At this point we don't have any plans to support Mac/VM.
