In a similar vein, I found much good stuff at www.stevepavlina.com ; I find the mystical stuff irritating, but he has lots of great practical suggestions in there too.

He also does some very good podcasts, for when you're bored of reading ;-)

That was a nice complementary page for personal development.

Madhan,
I believe you didn't go through the contents of that site. What's more important is not the site or reading the content to while away the time, but what you gain from it when you take the suggested actions for your improvement.
