I love to see blogs in different languages. What does "ମୁ ପ୍ରଭାତ କହୁଛି" mean?

It means "I am Pravat Speaking..."
Oriya "ଓଡ଼ିଆ" is one of the language spoken by ~40 Million people in India "ଭାରତ".This is the state language of Orissa "ଓଡ଼ିଶା" state.
