mod_auth_ldap I would like to register my official disapproval of Sun's decision to leave mod_auth_ldap out of the Apache packages that come with Solaris.  I've been using this module for years on my Solaris 8 machine to authenticate people on an internal TWiki site (apache 1.x).  It worked great.  But after upgrading to Solaris 10, the module is making my apache server crash. I have no idea what the problem is, I'm shooting in the dark. I'll start by attempting to rebuild the latest version of the module and install that with apache.  But I have no idea if it's going to work.  Wish me luck.

Update: I got it working by rebuilding the same mod_auth_ldap sources I was already using on the S10 system I'm using as my server.  Something about the shared library dependencies, or a compiler bug must having been giving apache heartburn.
