AMD64 Nevada b37-b40 doesn't like dbx

We've started getting reports about dbx crashing on certain x64 builds of Nevada. It turns out there was a bug in the runtime linker that broke every program using C++ exceptions. Dbx is a C++ program that uses exceptions, therefore it broke. The bugid is 6426048. The bug is fixed in build 41 and newer. It doesn't affect sparc.  It doesn't affect 32-bit programs, so if you find yourself on such a system, you can try running dbx with "-x exec32" to avoid having dbx exec the 64-bit flavor of itself.  I just got my desktop installed with build 41, and I'm itching to try out Chime.
