Have you installed vmware successfully? Are you able to access the virtual machine from outside? Your question is vague :) are you stuck anywhere?

HI,
I have installed vmware software. I have linux installed on it and working on it.
Now i want to learn oracle. So, i wanted to install oracle on my laptop ad use using vmware . Is that possible.
And if it possible.Please help me to install oracle on my machine (on vmware)from scratch.

setting up oracle in windows is the easiest . If you want to setup oracle in linux , it might involve lots of steps. Try searching for screencasts on oracle installation on linux
