About me

My name is Jiri Rechtacek born 1973 in Jablonec nad Nisou, Czech republic.

I'm working in Sun from August 2000 till this time. Started in NetBeans - Database tools team. Since 09/2001 I'm member of NetBeans Platform team as developer, my key responsibility is AutoUpdate feature in NetBeans IDE. I have been worked also on NetBeans Wizards API.

My favorite hobbies are long distance running, biking and hiking. But the first hobby is my family :-)
