Sun Tech Days ただいま休憩中 (I am in a coffee break)
今、控え室から更新しています。想像したよりたくさんの人が来てくれて、とてもとても嬉しい...
最初は緊張して、顔はこわばるし不安は渦巻くし、どどど、どうしよう...という気持ちだったんですが、午前の基調講演が終わると、少しずつ、そして続々とポッドに来てくれてほっとしました。特にランチブレイクの間は大盛況で、説明する人手が足りなくなるほどでした。
翻訳ツールは OmegaT、OLT、Pootle、SunGloss を紹介しています。また、ポッドに来ていただいた記念にボールペンと名刺大のコミュニティーサイト一覧をお渡しています。
直接お話できるのが、こういったイベントの最大の魅力です。そうそう、OpenOffice.org 2.4 の翻訳で一緒に翻訳をした方とお会いでいて、嬉しかったー。初めてお会いしたんだけど、メールでの印象の通り、とてもいい方でした。

Now I am in a coffee break and updating my blog from staff room in Sun Tech Days. I am so happy that more people came to talk to us than I thought.
When the Pod opened, I was so nervous and not sure if I could smile "appropriately"...., but after the Key Note Speech is over, many people visited our pod and we really enjoyed friendly conversation about community engagement, translation, technologies, etc... During the lunch time especially, we are running out of resources to show them around.
We're introducing OmegaT, OLT, Pootle, SunGloss and other translation technologies in our Pod. Please stop by!
One of the biggest fan is that I can meet members of the community in person. This time, one of our valuable contributor to OpenOffice.org 2.4 update has come to talk to us! I am so pleased. He was so nice as I expected from his emails. Looking forward to meeting more!
