Don't Talk To The Police

Links to these two video's came over Hack a Day recently. They are U.S. centric, but well worth watching.

Firstly, Professor James Duane:

"In Praise of the Fifth Amendment Right to Not Be a Witness Against Yourself.

Why I am proud to admit that I will never talk to any police officer."

Secondly, Officer George Bruch, Virginia Beach Police Department:

"The Other Side of the Story."

Thanks for sharing, interesting stuff.
Reminded me of an (unfortunately german language only) presentation by a lawyer on recommendable behaviour in case of a house search at the 23rd Chaos Communication Congress at http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-1550832407257277331 , just in case other german speakers take a look at the blog comments here.
