Good Friends

Duncan finished second grade yesterday. He's home for the summer now. I've no idea how this is going to impact my working from home. I'll probably need earplugs.

He bought home a large folder of the work he's been doing over the last school year. It's very nicely put together. A keepsake.

In it is a piece he wrote called:

Good Friends

A good friend
shares secrets with
you, plays chess with you
always lets you sleep
over, and never, never,
NEVER ruins your
stuff!
