Can I Sue My Dentist?

Can I file a medical malpractice suit against my dentist for playing Barry Manilow on the office speakers while his assistant cleans my teeth, or is that just a violation of my civil rights?

ha, somehow i doubt it, i think barry and neil diamond are either paid out for their performances from our insurance companies. or it is possible you agreed to listen to and enjoy their music when you filled out the forms at the reception desk -- damn that small print!
