JSF 1.2_03 now available

JSF 1.2_03 has been released!
This is the first release to implement the requirements outlined by JSF 1.2MR1. The bits are available for download and are also available via the https://maven-repository.dev.java.net/nonav/repository/.
I'll be integrating this release into GlassFish v2 later this week.
