I installed the mrtech Toolbar about a month ago, and am very pleased with it. Here's a screenshot:

I use it instead of Googlebar Lite and WebMail Notifier. Plus it adds features such as clearing Cache/History/Cookies, weather forecasts, news feeds, gadgets, and a bunchload of other stuff.
