Performance of the Hybrid Storage Pool
Hope to be able to keep your attention for 30 minutes of impromptu conversation about OpenStorage performance. At the end of the piece, I show my geeky capture/replay technology.

Is the software you are developing available?

Sadly, it's 3 pieces.
The scripts to capture which I think needs to be taylored to
the test. Then my visual time view of I/O; that the most polished part but, I so wish to clean lots of stuff up in there (got a summer intern ?); finally the replay technology is simple but effective.
So don't hold your breath for capture/replay from me. The visual tool has been a great help for my work. I'd love to see this make it into the hands of more performance engineers.
