I had read somewhere that (I dont remember where; but attribute to that source wherever it may be), when posting on blogs, to include the disclaimer text at the bottom AND top of every post. After all, what good is the disclaimer if a user reads half of my post, consider my opinions as advice, loses a million dollars in productivity, and then reads my disclaimer? I dont have a disclaimer at the top AND bottom of EVERY post (I have one on every page though). But however, The most important reason behind me posting this is because this blog is publicly available and is not restricted to be accessible withing an "intranet". Am I playing safe here ? Maybe I am !! . I am not looking out to create controversies.
AND... there do exist a lot of folks out there with malicious intent who could cause a lot of harm (using content from my blog) if they so desired.
