 Ecto Again

Just making sure that I'm being fair here.

Tbl-Rf

Much better when configured correctly.

 TCP V: w.bloggar

I initially thought that w.bloggar was a totally ridiculous name, but it kind of sticks to the brain. Let's try the picture thing. The "Insert Image" dialogue is pretty lame, but maybe I can just drag-n-drop it in.

 TCP IV: MarsEdit

MarsEdit is another Brent Simmons creation from Ranchero Software.

Best startup dialogues so far. Let's do the picture thing. Hm, can't drop a picture in. Ah, you have to pull down the "HTML Tags" dialogue and it gives you a little well to drop the picture in. There are some useful options.

Clouds.jpg

The editing interface is tags-visible, OK by me. Category selection seems to work well.

I pasted in a big screen-shot of the editing interface and that seemed to pretty well screw up my whole Roller blog. Removed it. Urgh. The stupid clouds picture shows up fine in Firefox, but twice in Safari.

Ah, it's just a Safari bug, when you widen the window the image stabilizes.

 TCP III: Ecto

This entry is via Ecto. Let's see if I can get a picture in:

Magnolia

Yep, everything seems more or less fine.

 TCP II: BlogEd

This entry courtesy of the very much work-in-progress bloged currently under construction by Henry Story. Seems fairly lightweight, of course I'm used to blogging in Emacs.

 The Client Technology Project: I

This weblog may prove of interest to those who care about blogging client software and APIs. Others may prefer to watch paint dry.
