NetBeans Builds Supporting EJB 3.0 Are Available

1. Go to http://www.netbeans.info/downloads/download.php?a=n&p=1.
2. Select "Java EE 5" as Release Version and "OS Independent" as Operating System.
3. Click next and download the build.

Now you can experiment with EJB 3.0 support in NetBeans.
