Hello, did you have any question regardin with Turkish locale and Netbeans. as far as i know there were pretty serious issues with it.

Sure, I did. It's a known bug in InstallShield - see: http://www.netbeans.org/community/releases/50/install.html Not much NetBeans team can do about it, I'm afraid, this seems to be a problem of many Java applications which use InstallShield. It's sad you can't install NetBeans with Turkish locale.
