NetBeans Won JAX Community Innovation Award

Hello NetBeaners,

we just won JAX community innovation award for Matisse GUI Builder here in Wiesbaden, Germany. I was on the stage to receive a piece of glass as the award.

Other projects won the main prizes (decided by the commitee) but the community award is the award which developers visiting at the conference choose. I was the only person who tried to the speak a bit German during the nominations (my German is very bad) so maybe that helped to make the connection with the audience :)

Anyway here's the award - congratulations both to the NetBeans and Swing teams:

Comments:

Hi Roumen, congratulation! Netbeans won! I voted for you! And hey, your german is not so bad... regards Rolf

Congratz to all NetBeans Team and Community in general... Nice award! Was there any beautifull (boobed) laddies to congratulate both winners and loosers at the after-party? ;) Once again its a fsirly deserved prize!
