I will be presenting on JAX-RS at Jazoon this Tuesday (25th June). Jakub (who has recently joined the Jersey development team) will demo using NetBeans to turn a database into a Web services and also demo the Atom example that is part of the Jersey binary distribution (and if we have time with a twist of optimistic concurrency).

40 minutes for a talk + demos is a brutally short period of time so i may have to skip over some content. I will upload the presentation after the conference (next week).
