自2008年5月12日14:28汶川大地震至今，已有一个星期了。这一个星期，对我，相信也是对所有的国人来说，这是生命中难以忘怀的一个星期。祖国母亲在2008年5月12日14:28那一刻，在她号称天府之国的四川，经历了一场里氏八级的大地震。瞬时间，千万的楼房倒塌，上万的生命随之在那一刻也终结。我是四川的女儿，地震发生之后，四川地震的情况一直牵动着我的心。每每在电视里看到很多悲惨或感人肺腑的片段，我的眼里也禁不住湿润。当看到我们伟大的政府和部队在灾害面前表现出的镇定，坚强，我也深受感染。从来没有这一刻感到自己这么热爱自己的祖国，从来没有在这一刻感到自己这么热爱中华这片热土。
今天是全国哀悼日，在下午14：28分举国同悲，为逝去的三万多逝去的生命默哀三分钟。

After long time preparation and expectation, we eventually hold the Sun University Tech Day event in ChongQing University. About 180 university students were refreshed by Sun's technology, including OpenSolaris and Java. Most of the audience are graduate students, since the place is hold in their campus.  Some other undergraduate students came from another campus of ChongQing university, where need to take 1.5 hours bus time to arrive our meeting place. We were moved by their enthusiasm.  During our speaking and demo, they asked many questions, the whole meeting time lasted about 3 hours.

We have gifts, like T-Shirts with Sun logo, Netbeans books and ballpen with Sun Logo. You can see some nice pictures from my google album . Or here some small pictures,



We also had some talk with leadership of Computer Science Department of ChongQing University, they think ChongQing is located in southwest of China, the information is closed relatively. They hope they can see more this kind of events hold by big company like Sun in future.

Yes, I'm from this mountain city, one of the most four famous "stove" in China - ChongQing. I never imagine I can have a chance to talk about Sun's technology in front of ChongQing University students. This day come true! With my BU and SDN's sponsor, next Thursday, February 28th, Jacky Cao and me will go to ChongQing University to hold a Sun Tech Evangelism event.

I haven't been to Toastmaster club for about two weeks, one excuse is I'm a little busy these days...

Today I scheduled this month's TM officers meeting after our usually meeting time, and Forrest also arranged me as today's Table Topic Master, I went to Wimbledon on time. Today's TM meeting is a long-time one, we had 3 speakers, that's not strange, the exciting thing is all 3 speakers are very well-known outstanding speakers, 2 native speakers, melanie and eric, and one has oversea education background, jane zhang. All of their speeches content are very attractive. Eric gave some criticism about Beijing Marathon from the perspective of his personal experience. I believe melanie's childhood story attracted all audiences' attention from the beginning to the end of her speech. She shared with us her invention about toothpaste when she is a kid, it's a very vivid story, which recalled our childhood memory. Although most of her speech is narrative,it still let us think about innovation after her speech. Jane also gave us her kid's experience as speech background, and listed several reasons why students should ware school uniform.

The most exciting part of today's TM meeting in my view is Table Topic session. It's full of joy and humor since I'm the TTM . Today's TTM theme is ERI Summer Olympics, which will be held in Sept.7th in FengTai Gym. We'll hold a 6th anniversary celebration game that day. The questions are not very easy, they require speakers' impromptu speaking ability. Eric did very good job, his question is describing the meaning of our sports game from our company's perspective. He links this game to community engagement, so cool! Another good example is Emily Chen, she is a guest in today's TM meeting, her question is giving a live introduction for her team, she talked many connections with her team number 7, like this year is 2007, ERI's virtual age is 7 years old.

I really enjoy today's toastmaster club meeting, it brings us so much fun during our daily work. Have passion with your life and have more fun, that's the spirit of this club!

Last week, I went to Xi'an for 2007 China Java Teacher Training as a trainer. My responsibility was introducing JavaSE 5&6 new features, and demonstrating Netbeans as a powerful IDE for Java programming. About 33 university teachers around Xi'an area participated this training, they were refreshed by the latest Sun's technologies in Java and Netbeans.

During the three days' training in Xi'an, the schedule was planed as below:

In last day's training, these teachers was very impressed that NCRE(National Computer Rank Test) will take Netbeans as Java exam IDE from this September in China. They also very interested in some other Sun university activities, like Campus Ambassador plan, Java teaching assistant plan, SCJP certification.

During and after the training, we received many feedbacks from university Java teachers. They brought out some problems during their Java teaching, generally they hope to get more resources from Sun, and they hoped to participate similar Sun activities in future. Even the 3 days training is very tensive and hard, they showed great enthusiasm in participation. Their passion also encouraged us to communicate more with them.

今天看了一个电视节目，介绍温州某地区农户养甲鱼致富的故事。温州人素来以善于经营而全国闻名，经营养殖业致富本来也无可厚非。但这里我怎么把它和开源社区联系起来呢？还是先说说事情的前因后果。起初是该地区的生产本身就是以鱼虾养殖业为主，家家户户都有鱼塘，养了些小鱼小虾，生意还算过得去。有一家农户在一个很偶然的情况下发现了一个秘密，就是如果在鱼塘里混养一定比例的甲鱼和虾，这两个水产品都能长得很好，但是某一种产品稍微多一点，另外一种产品肯定就会减少很多，从而打破了他们之间的生态平衡，数量多的产品数量也开始下滑，最终两种水产品的收益都不是很好。该农户经过几年的自身实践，得出了这样一个养殖秘诀。如果故事到这，该农户一个人发财致富，可能最终也就是当地的一个比较出名的养殖专业户。可他不是这样做的。他把自己的发现传授给当地其他的农户，使当地总的甲鱼生产量达到一定的规模，并且成立了养殖委员会，对外以团体的身份和外面的饭店、超市做生意交涉，对内经常一起研究探讨养甲鱼的经验教训。最终该地区的甲鱼以高质量、高性价比的优势赢得了很多市场，该地区的水产养殖业也发展到了一个很高的水平。
这种做法让我有了些反思，联想到我们Sun公司的开源策略，以前我一直很疑惑，开源、和社区合作对一个公司来讲，究竟有什么好处呢？这样岂不是使得我们没有任何商机，从而使得我们的竞争力下降？其实这里面和养甲鱼的思路可能相似。我们不断的将自己的好主意拿出去，让更多优秀的人才参与我们的创新，产生更多的好主意，这样整个产业才能不断的发展。Sun公司不断的参与创建一个开放的、公平的环境，目的是最终也使我们自己受益。

I haven't updated my blogs for a very long time, sometimes I thought something I need to write down, but I forgot it very soon, bad memory.

During the Spring Festival, I came back to my hometown, met some relatives and some old classmates. I really release myself, and I feel totally refreshed as my PM Jean said.

After be back to Beijing, my team had a little change, one team member leaves and I wish to pick up his work as soon as possible. It's a short time for transition, I had to learn something new from a beginner. I think it's a good opportunity to improve my technology skill. When I open the chapter 2 of the heavy book which have about 1100 pages, the subject attract my interest very quickly -- in Chinese, 集腋成裘, it means "many a little makes a muckle". I think the words reflect my current mind very much, all the work I do and the knowledge I learn make me improve, only when you try to solve some problems, they can push you learn something new.

Busy days, wish I can survive.

Recently I read many blogs from my colleagues,they are playing a game named "tagged". It means if you are tagged by someone's blog,you need to write down your similar things,then you can pass it down, then all the Internet will be connected by one same topic. It seems to be very interesting,I have a try

The topic here is "Five things you don't know about me":

1.When I was born,my grandparents didn't like me,just because I am not a boy. My grandfather is the only boy in his big family,my father is the same,he has 2 elder sisters and 2 younger sisters,they all didn't like me.Because of the single child policy published by China government,a girl means there will not be a son to inherit the family's root(In chinese,香火).Fortunately,my parents love me very much,and with the time goes by,my grandparents began to love me.

2.I was apt to be ill before 7 yeas old.When I was very little,all the doctors from my father's hospitals(he has worked in several hospitals)know me well for I used to go to hospital for sickness.Even one doctor said that if the situation was still the same before I attended the primary school,I would be a handicapped.I am lucky,my health is beter and better,so you can see how strong I am now

3.My childhood wish is to be a nurse in hospital.Maybe it because I stayed in hospital too long,I always saw some beautiful and yong nurses wearing whith skirt and white hat.Everyone must experienced the homework for composition "What will you wish to do when you grow up...",so it's my topic. Frankly speaking,I didn't have any great idea which aimed to help patient out of the illness,I just want to be a beautiful nurse.

4.When I first go out of my hometown,it's a trip to SiChuan music school in ChengDu for my piano certification contest.My mother came with me,but I was still not confident with my preformance after contest.We met a beautiful old lady,who dressed very gracefully. She said she is a professor for composer department in SiChuan music school. After she heard my songs,she said I had a music gift and encourage me continue to practise.So many years passed by,I can't remember her looking,but her encouragement always go around me when I feel inconfidence!

5.I am a lucky guy.When I was in last term of primary school,I did poorly in my grade.My father even prepared the sponsor fee before I attend the enter examination for junior schook.I exceeded my normal performace at last and went into the best middle school of my hometown. When entering the senior school,my grade was still not very good,but in the enter examination for college,I was the black horse again,so I had a memorable college life in Beijing for 6 years.

OK,that's it.Now I'm passing the ball to my friends,boxing pig(拳击猪),piggy(猪儿),emily(天使爱美丽),onion(葱姐) and ZhuRen(主任).

Today is a unforgettable day for every AGC staff,because we had a wonderful farewall party with scott,he will go back to US for his new role.Our new boss Melanie also came to our party,she is a very graceful and beautiful woman.We had some slids which reviewed some pictures taken in these years scott with us.We had played some vedioes we shot in advance,these are some words from AGCers prepared for scott.Fortunately I'm one of these guys,I said my impression about scott and something I like to share with all my colleagues.All of us feel pity to not work with him any more.

Recently there are some many things around me,first I got a terrible cold,which should be the awfulest cold these years in Beijing.After recovery,I had a wonderful trip in HaiNan.It's the first trip after my graduation,only with my colleagus,which we haven't known each other before.
SanYa is a amazing place,if you haven't been to there,I strongly recommend you to go.WuZhiZhou island is a pretty good small island,it's about 1.5 square kilometer,the island is composed of coral reef,the sea nearby is very clear,even you can see the various tropical fish under the water.The view sight on the island also very beatuful,there are different kinds of tropical plants.
YaLongWan is our last station during our journey.We stayed in KaiLai for two days,we repeat simple things in both the two days,just lying on the sand beach,playing sand volleyball,swimming,playing water basketball,eating sea food and sleeping；)I picked up a starfish in the first morning in YaLongWan,as native said,it's a common halobios after tide ebb every morning.
Most impressive thing is the sea food we had,I have never see so many nameless sea food,and most importantly it's so fresh and cheap.

       Ajax,这里不是指阿贾克斯足球俱乐部，这里指“Asynchronous JavaScript and XML”。为什么是“Asynchronous”？这是由于传统的web应用开发是建立在synchronous的基础上，客户端提交表单到服务器端，服务器经过处理，返回给用户页面，整个过程的处理都是“request”<=>“response”的机制，在服务器返回数据前，用户不能进行任何的操作。和传统的“胖客户端”相比，这样的人机交互方式不仅降低了效率，而且用户体验效果明显差很多。Ajax从这个角度解决了问题，使得web应用程序能很快的回应用户动作，并避免了在网络上发送那些没有改变过的信息。
      在java web应用编程的发展过程中，众多的J2EE开发框架应运而生，如struts, spring,数据访问技术hibernate等简化了开发流程，但在人机交互方面，仍然没有什么改进。Ajax作为web2.0的主要技术之一，从增强用户体验，提高交互效率的角度，很好的把Internet带入了一个全新的世界。因为这个不是一个新的技术，很多公司或组织在Ajax风靡之前，开发了自己的Ajax框架和工具包，比如JSON (JavaScript Object Notation)，Dojo Toolkit，DWR (Direct Web Remoting)，AJAX-enabled JSF Components，Google Web Toolkit (GWT)等。
      在这里我只是把我的这个blog作为一个读书笔记的地方，希望在我学习Ajax的同时，记录下一些自己对每项技术的一些感悟。毕竟，在这个技术“百花齐放，百家争鸣“的时代，你能从中吸取到任何精华，都是如此的难得可贵。

最近开始和同事去西郊宾馆练瑜伽，每周两次。刚开始我对瑜伽这项运动根本不感冒，感觉上很像中国的太极，充其量也就升升胳膊腿什么的，这样的项目对我这个视减肥为终极目标的人来说，根本没有什么吸引力。
      第一次到得比较晚了，时间已经过了半个小时我们才来到健身房，然后冲冲的就进入了较高难度的环节－下腰。伴着柔和的旋律和老师缓缓的讲解，周围的人都很轻松的俯身下去，等到自己做时，才发现自己的韧带竟然这么紧，费了很大的力气才做到其他人的一半，而且觉得身体很热，根本对不上老师讲的呼吸的节奏。嗯，看来自己的确需要这方面的锻炼了。很快就到了最后的环节－瑜伽修行术，到目前为止，这是我最喜欢的环节了，因为全部过程只是平躺在垫子上，从局部到全身的放松。听着古老的印度音乐，抛开一切烦心杂事，用心去体会身体每一个部位的放松，真的感觉很舒服。结束之后，肌肉有点轻微的疼痛，但总的效果不错，于是，继续下去。
      第二次和第三次的训练情况差不多，韧带还是那么紧，我有点打退堂鼓了，每次练完的第二天都感觉很累，何必自虐呢，还是养养精神多睡会好了，哈哈！到第四次，经不住rachel同学的循循善诱，我还是决定再试一次了。
      三次是个坎，这句话虽然从rachel同学嘴里说出，我却不大相信，因为在我的印象里，韧带这种东西是天生的，小时候在少年宫学舞蹈的时候，我就得出了这么的结论。这次的训练却改变了我的这种想法。神奇的，很多动作我可以做下去，虽然韧带还是有点紧，但是明显比前面几次进步多了。这样的状态一直到“瑜伽修行术”环节，我好像真的置身于广阔的沙滩，头顶着温暖的阳光，所有环节的疼痛感都在这里得到释放。结束走出宾馆，感觉整个人像refresh了一样，一天下来的疲乏全都一扫而光，好像连走路的步伐都更加轻盈了。
　　坚持就是胜利，现在感觉用在这里再合适不过了，希望这项运动能让自己有更大的改变！
