Officially, we can only say that Gartner positioned Sun in the "Leaders" quadrant of its new User Provisioning 'Magic Quadrant.' But looking at the quadrant itself, it is clear that Gartner gave Sun the highest ratings for both categories: completeness of vision and ability to execute.
