New Idea About NetBeans

Hi, guys, i'm facing very big problem of speed using netbeans. It takes a very long time. Is it possible that we can have profile kind of thing. SO every profile has limited(selected while creating profile)plug-ins. Also user has limited number of virtual space and his projects can separated from other users. Well,in this ways user can have less no. of plug-ins if he intends to do only small java programs. If he wants to do Servlets and JSP again it may not need some other plug-ins. So this may increase a speed. Reply to this is it possible?? Any other good option for this........
