More updates to Camel Case Movement and Selection Module.
Removed action to toggle case of the first char of the identifier as this functionality is already provided by Netbeans editor. See Tools:Options:Keymap:Actions:Switch Capitalization of Identifier action.
The following new actions are provided:

| Delete to Previous Camel Case Position | Ctrl+Shift+Backspace |
| Delete to Next Camel Case Position | Ctrl+Shift+Delete |
