I saw this in a magazine last night and thought it applied to almost anything.
At 211 degrees, water is hot. At 212, it boils. Boiling produces steam. Steam can move a locomotive. One extra degree.
Think about what an extra phonecall or email could do for your deal. An extra workout for your next race. An extra effort with your kids. Just one extra degree can move a train.
