Last lunchtime run of the season?

Having a busy day, but had the lunch hour open so I thought that a quick 4 would be a good idea and be back and showered before my 1pm call... It is starting to get quite warm, so today was the last for a while of any midday breaks. Guess I'll get up early or go after the kids go to bed.
My GPS unit was dead (need to recharge) so I didn't get a reading. I was running for running sake which is a odd concept for me. It wasn't too bad.
If you make it out, hopefully it is cooler or you wait for a bit. Later.
