Arrivals and Departures - which is which???

I must admit that I always pause when at the decision point to drive up for arrivals or departures at the airport. Given that the world revolves around me, I'm arriving at the airport, so Arrivals seems only natural to go that way. Why not coming and going? Who thought this current state was/is a good idea?

You must be joking. Do you also confuse right and left, head wind and tail wind, etc.? Perhaps, you have a mild brain dysfunction.
