Can I forward a voicemail from my iPhone to another person?

I have a "visual voicemail" on my iPhone that I would like to share with a co-worker. Of course, if I had time, I could just transcribe the message and email it, but I want to pass the actual message. After a few minutes of searching google and the Apple forums, I forward nothing...
If anyone has an idea, I would love to hear it. I may do the low tech, call the person and then hit play on my iPhone and place the one speaker near the handset and go low tech. There has to be a better way, right?
