My blogging and revenue...

Monday Jul 14, 2008

I just looked at one of the comments from last friday's post where someone decided that I should be selling something or get someone at Apple to blog about Sun.

First, it takes about 90 seconds to write a blog, clearly, I don't do an outline, then a draft, ask for reviews of the draft before doing the final copy. I just write what comes to mind.

Second, for all the .Mac and now MobileMe customers, use the heck out of your email as that is Sun's Email Server and has been for years same with our Directory Server holding all the account information.

Finally, I'm on a forecast call and as one of my co-workers goes off on a tangent, I'm typing.

Paul D. - thanks for coming to my defense.

My apologies. It was not my intention to offend you. Regarding to the Apple related posts I was referring to several Sun workers, not just you.

Related to my last comment let me say you that neither you nor ex-Sun workers fired last week deserves that, and if I agree or not, is your right to write about any topics that you may consider useful for the readers.

No worries. Sun has a ton of early adopters using iPhones and the Apple snafu killed productivity for lots of folks, not just Sun employees. Yet we are the ones blogging.
