Ran 3 last night and hit the weights today

I am trying. After a 5 day miss, I was able to get rid of my sinus issues and ran on the road last night. (I'm not a treadmill guy)... Took pup, so he was happy.

Also following some good advice, I have started to hit the weights a bit as well. Mostly major muscle groups and not trying to bulk up so using light weight and lots of reps to tone up. I'll keep working and blogging about it.

Light weight/high reps is a myth that needs to die. If it were so easy to "bulk" up, we'd all look like Arnold. Don't worry, you won't get too bulky. Lift enough weight that you can lift it at least 8 times but not more then 10. Read up on a good lifting program. I'd recommend anything by Lou Schuler, Andrew Heffernan, or Tom Venuto.
