Wow! What a day. CommunityOne has come to a close. There have been some amazing announcements. And we kicked off our second life activities as well.

I didn't make it to the keynote today....needed to prep for our first second life chat...but I'll be at the JavaOne keynote tomorrow and will blog on site. Promise!

We've just  finished up some prep work for an after-hours event tomorrow night and I"m going to log off and hit the sack. Remember you can follow us on twitter, watch our updates on youtube, and follow our blogs.

I'm sitting in my room in San Francisco looking out at the Moscone center. It's going to be a great day folks! I'll be attending the CommunityOne general session and blogging that on the spot and then I'll head over to the Second Life base of operations to start our Monday programming. Hey Peeps!

So I was at Evans Data for the first part of the
week, and while the presentations were interesting, I didn't feel that
anything lent itself to a blog entry. 'Cept maybe for the bizarre
fancy-schmancy lunch served each day. But I digress.

So most of our team is at the Evans Developer Conference today and tomorrow. We're sitting in the general session, waiting for the keynote speaker to take the stage. I will report out if/when I can.  Happy Monday y'all!

This is too cool! Kevin Roebuck, Sun's Communities Manager for Immersive Technologes will be inworld tomorrow, March 27, 2008 at 10am SLT (Pacific) at Dr. Dobbs Island to talk about Project Wonderland and the Open Virtual Worlds project.  The Project Wonderland team has more info on this event here.

This is gonna be a good one folks, trust me. Mark you calendar and hop inworld for this one.

This is HOT off the presses peeps. My friend and teammate Cassandra
just sent me an email and told me I can spread the news: three new SDN
only member benefits have just been released!

It was a lovely Easter weekend at the Dailey Family Headquarters. I even caught up on some magazine reading and was pleased to see that Sun Microsystems was listed in Fast Company's top 50 most innovative companies. We came in 45th and you can read the whole thing here. Pretty cool.

So, it's been a long time since I've updated. Expecially since so much
has gone on, namely this, this, and this. And I'm appropriately
ashamed. All I can say is that I've been working very hard on bringing
some great projects to life and putting others to bed. But I'll do
better, I promise! Especially since Jenn Winger and I will be at SXSW 2008 next week in Austin!
