Cooking with SDNGal
Time for this week's installment of Cooking with SDNGal. Today we've got another dessert. Shocking, I know. This one comes from another of my favorite Aunt's friends, Becky. It's called Lemon Lush and if you like lemon you'll love this dessert. I mean luuuuuuuuurve it. Here we go!
Lemon Lush
3 C. crushed graham crackers
1 C. chopped nuts
1 C. butter
Mix and put in springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
First Layer
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 C. powdered sugar
8 oz. cool whip
Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then fold in cool whip. Put into graham cracker crust.
Second Layer
2 pkg (3 oz size) lemon instant jello pudding
3 C. milk
Mix until thick and pour over first layer. Top with cool whip and chopped nuts if desired. Chill for at least 3 hours.
You will love this dessert. So lovely at the end of a hot day!
