Firefly Season 2 on demand! But only if there is demand, so fill out this firefly survey to prove you are willing to spend money on it, otherwise the second season will not even be made available on DVD. It is not a petition, however. As far as I understand, season 2 has not even been produced yet.
From a European point of view, a US-only pay-per-view option doesn't do us much good, but if they'd release season 2 (in the ideal case) on DVD in Europe, I'd buy it! Internet streaming does not sound like a good idea — you'd probably have top sign up for yet another account and then you'd not even have a copy to replay after you viewed it, or how does this work?
I heard about the survey in Geoff Arnold' blog, who, as you can read there, is visiting us in Prague right now. Tomorrow we'll also have some kind of "extreme live blogging" session... What that is? Just wait and see...
PS: Tomorrow may be an interesting day for other reasons too... Posted by seapegasus ( Jan 30 2006, 05:53:40 PM CET ) Permalink
Help, people all around me turn into NetBeans evangelists! First Geertjan (inofficially), and now Roman too (officially)...
I'm growing curious: What are the things that make up an evangelist, how does one become one, what do they do all day long? Now that Roman is here ("here" means our office) I hope I'll have the opportunity to learn more about this legendary occupation. I mean, I know, they travel a lot, give presentations at tech days, spread the gospel, that kind of thing. Hmm... Like this, for example?
If that didn't help you understand what evangelists do — come back next week and try again.
