Friday November 24, 2006 Here is something nice for beginners making their first encounters with IDEs, the NetBeans Overview. Because wouldn't it be nice if you could see more of the IDE than just a screenshot before you download it? Basically this quick little overview is a screenshot on steroids -- mouse-over and it becomes alive and you get more information about this or that window.
I'll link it from the IDE screenshot on the main product page, and from the Getting Started section in docs and support, so newcomers can easily find it. And I saw Talley working on a spiffy presentation for community and IDE newbies, I'm looking forward to publishing that too soon.
What else is new on nb.org? I added a TOC (table of contents) to the NetBeans Hacks! page because I'll add more hacks over time and it's easier to keep track of them by just bookmarking one page. That's all, have nice weekend (and have a nice holiday, if applicable)!

I'd like to have something like that for mobility pack(s). What do I need?
