Sun Alert 261088 Multiple Security Vulnerabilities in Common UNIX Printing System (CUPS) May Allow a Remote User to Execute Arbitrary Code
Product: OpenSolaris The Common UNIX Printing System (CUPS) as shipped with OpenSolaris is impacted by multiple security vulnerabilities affecting the "imagetops", "texttops" and "hpgltops" filters. These vulnerabilities may allow a local or remote unprivileged user to execute arbitrary code with the privileges of the CUPS service (which usually runs as root).
