[English] Uh,,, tags ! Thanks!! Pat, Hubert, both of you gave me them at the same time.
Here are my five things. ( This time, I have to describe them in English. )-
My name is Takashi Shitamichi. Most of Japanese can't read my last name correctly for the first time due to 'unusual' pronunciation for Kaji-character. In my life, only five guys have been able to read it correctly. The worst case was in the 1st lesson in the high school - the teacher called me "GEDO!" ( in English, it means "under road" )

My major in Keio University was neither computer science nor mathematics. It was Economics with statistics !! So, you may ask me the investment management.
- My 1st engineering work for UNIX was to pass the 8bit code for borne shell of original AT&T UNIX SystemV. It was in the early stage for I18N. Yes, most of you have used it!!
- I dislike to eat squid, octopus and abalone but love tuna and scallop. Remember this if you take me to Sushi restaurant.
- About 15 years ago, I worked for a travel agency as a temporary ski guide in Swiss and French Alps. Even in that time, I completed my principle --- To boldly go where no one has gone before ! --- just jumped into steep slopes with fresh deep snow. No one died.

[Japanese] Pat と Hubert から同時にTag がまわってきました。不幸の手紙ではないらしいですが、「自分について5つのことを暴露せよ！」とのことなので、書きます。（今回は恥ずかしながら、英語と日本語の両建です）
- 私の名前は「シタミチ タカシ」と読みます。初対面で苗字を正確に読める人は殆どいません。今までで、５人ほどだけです。読めた人は。最悪なのは、高校の最初の授業の時。先生は私をこう呼びました。「？？？ げ・ど・ぉぉ？？？」
- 慶應義塾大学時代の専攻科目は、コンピュータ・サイエンスでも、数学でもありません。経済統計学です。ですから、貴方の資産運用、承ります。遠慮しなくてもいいですよー。（笑）
- UNIXエンジニアとしての私の初仕事はAT&T UNIX System Vのオリジナル・borne shellで8ビットのコードを通すことでした。つまり、国際化UNIXのはしりです。そう、みなさんのほとんどが使ったことありますよね！！
- ワタクシ、イカ・タコ・アワビ大嫌いなんです。でも、マグロとホタテは好物。ワタクシを寿司屋に連れて行って頂く時には、そのあたりをご考慮いただくと・・・・
