He's now working for a customer C and they are (I think) considering licensing the software from Sun that he used to work on when he was at Sun. We had a brief exchange that went something like this. Me: So, considering that you know how software is developed at Sun, are you still willing to license it? R: (knowing laugh) Me: Ah, considering that you know how software is developed at C, you're willing to license it from Sun?
